NO REFUND POLICY
Once payment is made for any course, module, subscription, mentorship, or service—whether online or offline—there is absolutely NO provision for a refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Lack of satisfaction with the course
Change in schedule or availability
Change of mind after enrollment
Personal, professional, medical, or family emergencies
Non-utilization of course content or features
By proceeding with the payment, you agree to this non-refundable nature of the purchase.
NO CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not allow cancellations once a payment is completed. All purchases are final. Users are expected to thoroughly evaluate the course details, structure, and timing before proceeding with registration and payment.
Once enrolled, you are considered a confirmed participant and will be given access to the respective content and services. Due to the nature of the digital products and limited-seat live programs, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
NO TRANSFER POLICY
Enrollments are strictly non-transferable. Once a course or subscription is purchased, it cannot be transferred to:
Another student
Another course
Any other online or offline pack
Changing from one batch to another, one faculty to another, or switching from offline to online learning (or vice versa) is not permitted under any circumstances.
WHY THIS POLICY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
Immediate Access to Digital Content: Most of our offerings include on-demand videos, downloadable resources, and live classes. Once access is granted, it is considered delivered and non-recoverable.
Intellectual Property Protection: To protect the proprietary content created by our educators and avoid misuse, this strict approach is essential.
Limited-Seat Programs: Seats in live mentorship programs are often limited. Late withdrawals or cancellations affect other prospective learners.
Operational Planning: Faculty and support staff schedules are prepared in advance based on enrollment. Changes post-payment disrupt the structure.
NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY
There will be no exceptions made to this policy. Situations such as:
Medical issues
Personal loss
Travel disruptions
Exam schedule clashes
Work conflicts
…do not qualify for a refund, cancellation, or transfer. We strongly advise that learners make informed decisions before making any payment.
